Back to School Retreat

You’ll be able to quilt for three glorious days with friends, old and new.  Our retreat features an optional pot luck the first night, with Quilt Haven on Main hosting the second evening meal consisting of pizza, Bonny’s famous salad and DQ frozen cake for dessert. Sign up is August 11 starting at 10 am. You may sign up time yourself and a friend with payment. We’re also looking into coordinating schedules to offer chair massages. So save the dates and call your friends! Cost is $50 which includes one evening meal.

Sunny Days Placemat Class

Learn how to make these bright and cheery sunflower placemats. Peggy will walk you through using a 15-degree ruler to make the dresden petals. Try out our ruler before you buy your own. The fabric kit includes the pattern, fabric for the top and binding and backing. You may make two separate placemats or combine them together to make a longer table runner. The placemats measure 12″ x 18″ and the runner measures 12″ x 40″. Call 320-587-8341 to register.

Show and Share 2026

Join us for Show and Share in 2026! It will be held January 31, May 30, August 29 and October 31. This is a fun event to share your latest quilting projects and be inspired by others! Bring up to 5 items to share with others.

Show and Tell – by people who come with their finished project(s). Every show and tell item will enter your name into a drawing for a prize, compliments of Quilt Haven on Main. Limit of 5 items per person please.

Share – we will share what is new in the store with you!

Special In-Store Sale – On this day only, coupons will be given to those who come to Show and Share.

Deer Camp

Join us for 3 glorious days of quilting. You don’t even need to be a hunting widow! There is an optional potluck the first night and a pizza buffet the second night (included in retreat fee). The other meals are on your own, and bring an optional snack to share. Optional 15-minute chair massage on Friday, November 14. $20 payable directly to the massage therapist.
